General updatedydo

NaNoWriMo has been going okay, though it really is difficult to write so much by hand! I wonder if I'd still be meeting my word goals if I was typing at more limited times, though. Oh well, this way I can keep all these rather-worthless-words to myself with an excuse not to easily share!

Yep, that's right. This is my first pessimistic NaNoWriMo. My story is jumbled and not really a story, and while it was originally intended to be an excuse to develop TONS of characters, it has turned into the (at times) psychologically compromised main character trying to figure out who the heck her therapist really is, because she can "see" everyone else clearly at a glance, but he's a mystery.

However, I'm impressed with myself for actually writing so much. Maybe one day as a famous author I will read an exerpt from it and everyone will admire how far I have come...

I've been on tumblr a lot more lately. However, I am not abandoning this blog, because I actually consider it a blog. Tumblr is supposedly blogging, but honestly it's mostly reblogging and a place to keep up with my interests. Also, this blog is much safer. I had to install some filters and add-ons to make tumblr more okay, but I STILL have to be really careful.
Besides, there, if I express my views, I'd probably be trash-talked, but here I feel safer because it's less accessible. I can pour out my heart to you guys. ;~;

So on Monday, I was in the halloween aisle and you know what's great? 75 percent off COSTUME SUPPLIES! There wasn't really anything I could use for a specific costume, but I was going to get this glow in the dark white wig and an orange clip-in streak.

My mom got through the lines no problem and texted me that it was time to leave, so I took a few more minutes then went to check out. And EVERY REGISTER had a line. I paced up and down. My class was starting in fifteen minutes and we were ten minutes away. I found a register with no one in line behind a guy who had one case of soda. It was a miracle!
But then he was having trouble with his credit card or something and I just knew I was going to be late and then I decided that this wig stuff was not worth the frustration and the lateness so I was a bad customer and left the stuff in the wrong place of the store before going out.
I made it to class right on time, and two minutes before the teacher. WHEEEEEEE it was exhausting.

Yesterday I found great leaves:
wow, the webcam shot option is very convenient
I also had pasta pretty much every day this week.

In Japanese we had to switch seats which is a bummer cuz I was just warming up to my seatmates and had found ones who caught on quick enough for practice to go smoothly.
I'm next to the guy I used to be behind, and the person who used to be diagonal from me is diagonal the other way, but I'm in a confusing spot where my partner is not either of the people beside me but the person in front of me. I'm wondering if we're stuck this way for the rest of the semester.

 My math test score was a 91. I made too many +/- mistakes. It wasn't the best, but it was the only A anyone got. >__>

WELL I AM GOING TO TURN OFF MY COMPUTER CUZ I'M GOING ON A RETREAT FOR THE WEEKEND!
